Orders & Shipping

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within up to 5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but you'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the EU and the UK.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are at your own expense.

Do you offer local pick-up in Rotterdam?
Yes, it may be possible to collect your order instead of having it shipped. This helps reduce shipping costs and supports a more sustainable way of working. Simply send us an email via nora@studiofaffi.com, and we can arrange a collection moment that works for both of us.

Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. To start a return, you can ask for a return through your personal account. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Mathenesserlaan 443, 3023 GJ in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Can I return my order in person in Rotterdam? 
Yes, it may be possible to return your order in person instead of sending it back by post. Simply email us via nora@studiofaffi.com. Include your order number, and we'll arrange a return appointment that works for both of us.

What are the conditions for returning?
Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Product & Material

Is this real leather?
Yes, all pieces are made from genuine leather, reclaimed from existing furniture. This means each bag carries its own history and character.

Will my bag look exactly like the photos?
Because we work with reclaimed leather, each piece is unique. Colours and textures may vary slightly, that's part of what makes each bag one of a kind.

Why do the bags differ in prices?
Each piece of leather we work with is different. Some materials are harder to source, more delicate to clean, or more complex to work with, like lighter colours or thinner skins. Others are simply rarer to find. The price reflects the time, care, and rarity behind each piece.

How do I take care of my bag?
Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth for regular cleaning. For a deeper clean, use a mild soap solution (like natural soap), avoid soaking, and let it air dry. If needed, apply a small amount of leather balm to keep it supple.

We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bancontact. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
